JUAN MIGUEL MORENO CAMACHO
Juan Miguel Moreno Camacho is a Spanish pianist, born in Malaga, in December, 1989. He combines his piano career with Composition, field where he keeps an intense artistic activity.
He won, among others, nine First prizes in national and international piano competitions. In 2015, Juan Miguel was the winner of the prestigious Frechilla-Zuloaga International Piano Prize (Valladolid, Spain). In 2006, he won the Intercentros National Award. This prize stand him out as the best young musician among all the conservatories in Spain. (Click here for complete list of awards). Juan Miguel played as a soloist with orchestras in internationally well known concert halls, such as Auditorio Nacional (Madrid), Palau de la Música (Valencia), or Auditorio Miguel Delibes (Valladolid). In 2006, he perfomed alive as a special guest at the program "Clásicos populares" in National Spanish Radio (RNE). As a composer, his pieces were premiered in Tivolivredenburg (Gaudeamus Musiekweg, 2015, Dutch Harp Festival, 2016), Orgelpark (Amsterdam), The Hague (Springfestival), Dom Toren (Utrecht)., etc. Since September 2019, he works as a piano teacher in 'Conservatorio Superior de Malaga', Spain. |
